Funny enough someone sent me a Hiveminder invitation a few hours after posting this, looks good. For me, I like the fact jobs have a large text box for adding updates and info, and that each update is tracked (time, date, etc) v useful. Currently playing with Hiveminder and rememberthemilk.com. Funny enough someone sent me a Hiveminder invitation a few hours after posting this, looks good. For me, I like the fact jobs have a large text box for adding updates and info, and that each update is tracked (time, date, etc) v useful. Currently playing with Hiveminder and rememberthemilk.com.

Basic accounts are free, though there's a bunch of cool stuff you get if you're up for paying a few dollars a month.
